if u are really pale wear red lipstick and your hair up ,if you r tan wear pink lipstick ,and if u are dark war clear lipgloss

You should try a pink one,because the red one could stain the dress...even if it's black...the dress could have a stain.You can try the pink one...which is not too light or not too dark and it's just right.

Soft pink lip gloss. Try nivea lip protection. Its really good.
A really red lipstick if i was you, i dont think a gloss would be the right look with that outfit
Red (really red) lipstick doesn't look good on everyone...it looks absolutely awful on me. I'd suggest maybe a smokey eye with a pretty natural/nude lip gloss. Try MAC Lipglass!

Go for a lipstick with red tones, of course. If you have fair skin, opt for a red lipstick with orange tones, but if you have darker skin, go for red lipstick with blue tones ( plummish coluors)

Well i would definately say a shiny dark pink to soften up the look but at the same time to keep it sexy and flirty!But if you only have a light shiny pink that will make you look sweet and cute whatever look ur going for really! But definately NOT lipstick as it will totally make you look CHEAP! xoxox

If it is a black dress then I am assuming that this is a night event - try to go with deeper colors like red or wine for your lips but remember to go easy on the eye make up. If you do a dramatic eye make up then go with a more natural lip color so that your face doesn't look overloaded with make up
