stop smoking, not only will it turn your lips black and your teeth yellow it will also give you bad skin, and its bad for your hair. and what about your lungs! if you lips are black thing about what its doing to your lungs.

Probably not the answer you're looking for, but the number one thing you can do to improve the condition of your lips and skin - stop smoking.
skin them with a razor or a knife....they'll turn red
Hey. If I were you I'd start with a peeling, which beyond any doubt will improve the condition of your skin: it'll smoothen your lips and improve their color so that they look fresh. However, as you probably realize, it's just a quickfix, and in fact the best thing you can do about the blackened lip problem is giving up smoking. Cross my fingers for you!
take a washcloth or some type of towel thats a bit abrasive that you would normally use to clean your skin, make it damp and rub it against your lips. It will get rid of the dead skin on your lips...try carmex or some other chapstick then use any colored lip gloss for your lips. Thats the only way I can think of to perhaps help your problem...sorry but I have to agree with others you might want to stop smoking..hope i helped! =]
