There are so many if's and okays for this... eye color and face shape could mess that look up, but generally it's a pretty good combination. It depends on what kind of look you're going for. If you like it then sure, it seems like a good combo. Just be aware that if you wear dark eyeliner it may make you appear over done or goth. Unless of course that's what you want. :)
yes i have black hair, pale skin %26amp;%26amp; love red lipstick and everyone says i look amazing when i do that...just keep your eye make up light maybe just a coat of mascara so you dont look trampy
