Hi - I am looking to buy high quality black lipstick that will not smudge. I have tried a tube from Hot Topic that wasn't to great and was pretty much on par with the first tube I tried from a halloween specialty store (lol). I've tried basic stores wal mart etc and they have every color in several brands except black. Does anyone know of a shop I can find online that sells decent to high quality black lipstick?Where to get HIGH QUALITY black lipstick?

work because chanel's very expensive and has high quality items.
