Apply the first coat, then dab it with a tissue. That way, you have a base for the actual lip stick to hold onto. Apply a second coat, and you're good to go.I love to wear black lipstick but how do i make it so it isnt as goopy looking :)?
If it looks goopy, maybe you should try buying a clear lipgloss and applying it on top of the black lipstick. That would get away the goop look and add a little shine.
Don't put it right onto your lips; smudge it onto them with your fingers so it goes on smoother and more evenly. Also, make sure you moisturize your lips beforehand by using chapstick or petroleum jelly (Vaseline).
